  I ordered a pizza from here on a Friday night, an unfortunate event came up which required me to cancel the order. When I called to cancel the guy on the phone told me it was in the oven and I still had to come pick it up, I told him I couldn't, he then started yelling at me that I should have canceled at max 1 minute after I placed the order, so I hung up. This is unacceptable treatment of a customer, I order from here weekly and this is how I get treated for a situation out of my control. I understand cancelling earlier would have been ideal, but again out of my control. Considering it was a Friday night, I'm sure they could have managed with an extra pepperoni pizza lying around, first person to order a pepperoni pizza gets a quick delivery or its just another pizza to use to sell as individual slices. Overall, a loyal frequent customer was yelled at for a situation one could not foresee.

  Spoke with the owner today, and he was nice enough to rectify the situation. Original one star review is now a three star.
  
  Ordered a large pan pizza tonight, and it was horrible. The crust tasted awful. Like a stale, frozen pizza that you used to get 30 years ago. I called to complain, and was told to call back tomorrow since the guy who answered the phone wasn't able "to give away free food". I don't want free food. Just a pizza that I paid for.
