  The owner and management of this company need to learn the Golden rule. If you wouldn't like being treated like a 2nd class human don't treat others like that. Don't make drivers fight for pay, don't make drivers fight for wait time, don't have several different pay packages for the same divisions (one for good drivers one for the others), and don't treat drivers like they are "just stupid drivers". This is not a driver or employee centered company and this is evident by the turn over in all divisions and positions. Their recruiters will happily tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the seat but will not deliver on their promises because its no skin off their backs. They simply look for a new driver to replace you because they get a bonus either way. Management knows all of this goes on but choses not to do anything about it. They make money off drivers every way they can including making money from your lease, shop fixes/parts (an extra 10% paid as a "service" fee) and fuel for owner ops/lease ops just to name a few. There is nothing that they do that isn't about money. Total lack of respect for their drivers and the amount of work that they put in. This is only part of the list of questionable activities that go on at this company. Companies like this deserve the poor reputation among drivers do not work for them, you deserve more.
