The lady on the phone was polite and helpful. The driver was friendly and let us watch as the unit was picked up. My kids thought it was cool to watch. My belongings were handled with care and nothing was broken. The pick up was quick and painless. The price was unbeatable. Compared to other name brand companies, their prices were less than half. I could not believe it!
